Details:
In order to earn a $40 reward when you meet these qualifications:
- Customer must apply, be approved and fund a FreeNet Checking Account with a minimum deposit of $40,000.
- Customer must maintain an average monthly balance of not less than $40,000 for at least one statement period during the first three statement periods after account opening.
- Customer may not be a current or former FreeNet Checking Account customer of EverBank.
- Reward can only be paid to those customers opening the account from the promotional page, and meeting ALL the qualifying terms.
- If the account is closed within 180 days of funding, EverBank reserves the right to recapture the value of the reward paid to the customer.
- Minimum opening deposit of $1,500 is required.

I asked about this when I saw it somewhere else. This deal is only available when you apply from Best Cash Cow. Don't apply from this link - it's wrong.

Nowhere on Everbank's page is the BestCashCow page even mentioned.
The link is correct - it's not an affiliate link so I don't care if you open an account through it or through the bestcashcow page ( which could be a disguised affilate link)

There is a refer code of some kind that your link is missing. I'd bet that they need that to track it back to a specific affiliate and pay me my money.
