Thank you for posting this.
It looks like you should open the account with $250 and keep a balance of at least $250 or more if you want to get the full $250 bonus. You do not want to get ripped off because your "average balance was below $250". I plan on just putting $120 in the checking account and step up the monthly $10 transfers.
