I tried this yesterday and it code didn't work. I called to make sure it went through and was told they have not offered this for some time.

Do you already have a savings account with ING direct?
If you just follow the promo page link, it does say you could earn a $50 bonus. I guess it always pays to save a screenshot of these offers and if you do not receive the cash on time, ask them about it.
